This program provides NH attorneys with a greater understanding of our state constitution and the potential opportunities it represents for our clients. It explores, among other areas, provisions where there may be more or different rights and protections under our state constitution than exist under the federal constitution. The presenters include a retired NH Supreme Court Justice, two Superior Court Judges, two law school professors who teach NH Constitutional Law, an attorney from the Public Defender's Office, and an attorney from NH ACLU.
