    Led by CLE Committee member Robert Wells of McLane Middleton Professional Association, and taught by a stellar faculty, this half-day program covers from soup to nuts all you’ll need to know about being a guardian in the State of New Hampshire.  Specifically, you will learn:
     
    • The laws governing guardianship of adults
    • The ethical standards governing guardians
    • Guardian decision-making:  How guardians make decisions
    • Guardian decision-making:  The limits on decisions guardians can make
    • The differences between public and private guardianship
    • The differences between professional guardians and lay guardians
    • The differences between being a guardian and delivering direct services
    • How to comply with the New Hampshire Rules of Professional Conduct when representing an adult under guardianship
