Mediation is an incredibly common way cases are resolved in our legal system. This program is designed for attorneys who practice litigation and represent their clients in mediations. It covers the mediation process, including how to choose a mediator, when in the case to mediate, preparing for mediation, presenting your position at mediation, the mediation agreement, and who should attend mediation. The program's presenters include highly experienced mediators and practitioners. The program also includes 30 minutes of ethics. ALL CREDIT MINUTES FOR NHBA CLE PROGRAMS WILL BE REPORTED TO THE NHMCLE ART SYSTEM FOR YOU TYPICALLY WITHIN TWO BUSINESS DAYS OF PRINTING THE PROGRAM CERTIFICATE.
