This is a special course put together by the NHBA’s Special Committee on Artificial Intelligence and chaired by Bob Lucic. Special emphasis is placed on practical uses and demonstrations, the newest significant challenges for the courts and practitioners, and what we can expect in the near and long term future.

Panelists will go beyond “reading the cases " to identify and analyze practical and important evolving issues, including disclosure, analysis of evidence, obligations, due diligence, and more.
• Now and Tomorrow- What AI Does Well and What It Doesn’t
Our panel will explore what works well, areas of concern, the latest and what might be around the corner with AI, and the issues that flow from its use.
