Course Overview:
Guardians of the Ledger: Defending IOLTA Account Ethics is a fun, engaging course designed for those opening their own firm and solo and small firm lawyers who manage their own IOLTA accounting. Become the hero your practice needs! This course will prepare you to defend your clients’ interests and maintain the highest ethical standards in managing IOLTA accounts. As a “Guardian of the Ledger,” you'll protect your firm’s reputation and build trust with your clients, all while staying in compliance with the law.

- Understand the purpose and importance of IOLTA accounts in your practice.
- Learn the ethical rules and duties that govern client funds and trust accounting.
- Master practical skills for managing, reconciling, and reporting on IOLTA accounts.
